The Preventive Maintenance Operations Manager will represent OneCare Support shared services covering system operation for our Maintenance business.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Service Managers on all ops matters.
- Manage a team of Ops engineers on system related escalation and matters pertaining to Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
- Rooster rotation and interface with SMs on escalation
- Assist the Ops Lead to ensure his engineers are up to the job skill (certification and training)
- Take Lead in working with various divisions on operation improvement and analysis to better support.
- Key contributor for continuous operation improvement for OneCare Support.
- Laise with Sales Specialist on deals , and downstream vendors like Cisco, Checkpoint etc.
- At times , involves in Tender financial assessment for OneCare Support System portion as Solution Manager
- Implemented/improve best practices and with high quality standards on for operation on System side in OneCare support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity management, with a focus on preventive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
