Role Overview
Assist Project Manager to establish the quantity, unit rate and cost.
Manage the procurement, evaluation, claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting.
Job Description & Requirements
a. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity.
b. Prepare BOQ in line with SMM or NRM with the specification.
c. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order.
d. Change analysis and cost checking planning for management of variation.
e. Evaluation, certification and documentation of work done.
f. Validation of work done and submission of progress claim and necessary documentation.
g.Communicate with stakeholder in accordance with the contractual obligation.
h. Willing to work at site.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
a. Strong oral and written communication skills
b. Knowledge about construction, design and contracting procedure.
c. Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
d. Good time management and independent skills.
