Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of business development pipelines focusing on environment-related and infrastructure projects, tenders, and development.
- Architect commercial and contractual arrangements, devising and implementing strategies tailored to targeted projects, tenders, and development initiatives.
- Champion deal facilitation and process management, conducting thorough financial and technical evaluations, and risk assessments to secure approvals and endorsements from senior management.
- Assume a pivotal role in deal execution, leading the creation of financial models and conducting meticulous due diligence.
- Craft investment papers and furnish recommendations to secure investment approvals.
- Drive marketing initiatives across the Environmental business segment.
- Support the assessment of technologies, setups, and potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Streamline monthly and periodic reporting procedures for the Infrastructure Group.
- Undertake any additional tasks or assignments delegated by Management.
Job Requirements
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous exposure in relevant sectors such as process/WTE/power industries is advantageous.
- Exhibit robust fundamental and technical analysis skills coupled with critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adeptness in utilizing key research databases.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Display strong leadership qualities and teamwork ethos, with a proactive and meticulous approach.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel, with potential overseas assignments as required.
