Lead and manage ACMV system design, installation, and commissioning in construction projects. Coordinate procurement of ACMV equipment and materials. Coordinate and liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors. Perform tests, inspections, and commissioning of ACMV systems for proper functionality and performance. Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation related to ACMV works for project management and client review Supervise and check sub-contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulations. Generate incident reports. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3 years of working experience in the construction or mechanical related fields is required for this position. Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
