Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies . They are actively looking for Staff Executive Legal Assistant to join their operations.


Job Summary:

  • Provide broad range of paralegal and administrative support to Law managers, including Asia Pacific Regional General Counsel, and other senior lawyers.


Responsibilities

  • Create and electronically organize detailed legal files, including documents and reports based on matter specifications and requests
  • Conducting fact investigation and analysis
  • Monitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and preparing reports on pertinent changes
  • Manage internal calendars and complex meeting schedules, including regional wide electronic and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate complex and potentially confidential travel and security needs
  • Manage private and sensitive personnel matters
  • Manage expense reports and invoices
  • Master relevant technologies to facilitate administrative support and promote digital knowledge
  • Demonstrate knowledge of organization/function processes, procedures & guidelines


Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel in order to create, edit and format
  • Able to work on own initiative and at least 5 years of experience working with lawyers and/or legal departments
  • Able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Display analytical competency and ability to problem solve critical issues
  • Anticipates business needs and takes initiative to resolve issues
  • Demonstrates flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
