Our client, a German base company in Singapore are currently expanding and they are looking for motivation and business acumen Business Executive to join their admirable team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the MD you will be responsible to provide business support to sales, admin and customer service team.
- Handle clients’ complaints and divert to the relevant personnel to resolve them in the fastest ways.
- Responsible for all sales and trading contracts with external clients.
- Bookkeeping, responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transaction, such as purchases expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.
- Prepare sales contract & invoice.
- Update Inventory List
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Provide quotations to clients and follow up closely with the objective of securing the order.
- Build a personalized relationship with all our clients.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree qualification
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
