Job Description:
- Safely and efficiently transport the chairman’s and his family to and from various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments and social events.
- Responsible to transport the children to and back from school/lessons/training.
- Responsible for cleaning the inside and outside of cars.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduled maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users. (No demerit point)
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Chairman's personal and professional affairs.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate the chairman's family member’s schedule and any changes or last-minute requests.
- Communicate effectively with Chairman and his family, ensuring clear understanding of pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with private families and individuals.
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including regular checks and minor repairs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
