Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive cum Office Administrator to join our client This dual role requires a highly organized and efficient professional who will handle both human resources and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR day-to-day taks, managing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Be the HR generalist for the company to take charge of all HR related matters withint the organisation.
- Worked very closely internally and China counterpart for the daily operation
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process if there is any needs during expansion planning
- Address employees’ queries (e.g., on issues related to office maintenance, hardware, and travel arrangements or claims ) with local service providers
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma education background
- Have at least 1 year working experience in HR related function
- Meticulous and approachable
- Able to work independently.
- Good in English and Mandarin ( read and speak , due to the reason of needing to liaise with China counterpart for day-to-day communication and also vetting through some policies that needs to be incorporate into local Singapore office )
- Preferably can start work immeidately and commit minimum 6 months
