We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and serve as our company's frontline representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the Marine and Oil and gas sectors. From order initiation to delivery, you will be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring seamless transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate PPE products based on their needs and requirements.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed.
  • Address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to address customer inquiries and provide effective assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent. additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
