Responsibilities
· Ensure excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email;
· Be familiar with company's trading platform and be up-to-date on platform’s campaigns / events;
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
· Manage feedback & provide proper solutions within the service level time limits; ensure proper follow & resolution;
· Understand customer’s needs and convert it constructive feedback to management;
· Continuously seek improvement to enhance team’s performance and work efficiency;
· Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
· Min. 3 years of experience in a customer service role under banking or financial industry
· Newly Graduate are welcome
· Knowledge in Helpdesk management tools and reporting;
· Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with English-speaking clients, multilingual capability is a big plus;
· Great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading, knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus;
· High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
· Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
