Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10-15 years of design experience in an engineering consultancy firm
- Must have design experience in hospital, residential, commercial or mixed development projects
- Familiar with any or more of the following services: ACMV/FIRE PROTECTION/ HYDRAULIC /PLUMBING AND SANITARY for large scale building projects
- Registered PE will be favourably considered
Responsibilities
- Set design criteria, check design calculation and drawings
- Produce sketch drawings
- Assist in fee proposals
- Ensure documentation complies with Design Criteria / Client Brief / Approved Concept / Standards
- Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings
- Resolve technical problems during the project design and construction stages
- Lead projects and supervise a team of engineers
- Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the performance of their duties
