Abbott’s Professional Development Programs (PDP) is aimed at preparing talented people for key positions in the future. Participants may be assigned to different areas of the company and to various Abbott locations throughout the world.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement plant continuous improvement projects and cost saving efforts.
- Lead and implement workflow streamlining projects in the company.
- Perform data analysis on production data and identify opportunity for improvement
- Manage various improvement programs and workstreams in the plant, track and report benefits of projects.
- Drive continuous improvement culture and mindset in the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with 1 year experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Conceptual understanding on Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g. Toyota Production System).
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in statistical analysis, process mapping, graphic design skills will be an advantage.
