Job scope and responsibilities
- Act as liaison between customers and nannies to ensure a smooth deployment
- Follow up with customers on their experience with our nannies
- Managing schedule of different customers and nannies
- Answering customer queries on our products and services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Administrative tasks related to customer’s job requirements
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements
- Our nannies are mostly mandarin speaking
- Diplomas, general education degree or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in Customer Service-related roles
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
