- Overseeing daily salon operations, and acquire new customers

- Hiring and training beauticians, as needed
- Responsible for sales, promotion design, package management,
- Applying skin care product to customers
- Removing hair using permanent and temporary methods (e.g. electrolysis and waxing)
- Applying makeup product
- Introduce products to customer and recommend the suitable product to customers
- also to stand for long time
