- Lead the strategy of target brand development and leverage market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and key initiatives.
- Manage assortments effectively, top assorments scouting, new arrivals incubation, etc.
- Identify and implement user experience related vertical solutions to enhance customer journey.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including traffic, finance, user operations, etc.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have)
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in brand and BD operations, ideally managing diverse product categories.
- Proven track record of success in achieving operational efficiency and driving profitable growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems, with knowledge of data analysis tools preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
