Responsibilities
- Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
- Assist HR Manager on the monthly payroll processing.
- Verify, update and maintain attendance records in Time Management System (TMS).
- Assist in timesheet calculation.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of personnel information in database/HRIS.
- Assist in the tax submission to IRAS (IR21 & IR8A).
- Employee relations including adhoc planning of recreation and welfare activities, training and development.
- Application of work passes, renewal and cancellation.
- Handle & process resignation,termination & dismissal.
- Assist in preparation of employment surveys and related matters.
Requirements
- Candidates to possess a Certificate in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies or equivalent.
- At Least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive learning attitude, self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiar and working knowledge of INFO Tech System would be an advantage.
