Responsibilties:
- Support review and investigation of Hospital Incident Reports
- Provide secretariat support to meetings and committees (e.g. Total Quality Management Committee, Incident Review Committee for Serious Reportable Events Various Quality Assurance Committees) and see to the follow-up of all matters arising on all related activities.
- Provide secretarial and admin support for monthly Senior leadership’s Quality & Safety walkabout
- Support and coordinate the efforts in the annual review of departmental policies.
- Support and organize the annual SACH Quality & Safety Day.
- Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts such as organizing Quality Conferences and cross-institutional improvement projects.
- Support the SACH project or poster submission to external award platforms.
- Coordinate MOH, AIC, or CGH-initiated surveys (e.g. Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), analyze data, and follow up with improvement efforts.
- Undertake any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department.
- Any other tasks as assigned by HOD.
