Schedule Controller / Project Coordinator
Monitor client's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed. Study clients' design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.
- Manage the project's design coordination works. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination. Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.
- Manage the project’s drawing coordination in between disciplines and sub-contractors’ drawings
- Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction
- Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams, through clear communication and good documentation
- Monitor Project Schedule and Report abnormalities to superior
- Calibrate Track Equipment and Track Gauges
- Generate and issue of final reports
- Liaise with client on technical issues when necessary
- Increase calibration productivity and efficiency by adopting improved system and methods
- Ask for more business while interacting with customers
- Ensure availability to customers
