About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our Project Management team. The Procurement Executive will play a key role in dealing with vendors in China, contract negotiations, and overall supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supporting the PM/BD team by managing purchase orders and processes, analyzing data, and identify areas for improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the Project Management (PM) team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Monitor the sales & purchase pipeline and activities to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Support: provide support to the BD/PM team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, BD to address sales-related inquiries and issues.
  • CRM Management: manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry by sales representatives. Customize CRM workflows and processes to align with business requirements and sales objectives.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and annual sales plans. Monitor sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts based on data analysis. Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Technology Administration: evaluate, implement, and administer sales tools, software, and technology solutions to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Knowledge in procurement software and tools, such as SAP and ERP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is prefered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
