Job Description
- Lead the project team in managing hotel requests, including Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FFE) replacement and procurement, space planning, and interior design.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication within the team.
- Participate in quarterly hotel inspections and follow up on necessary actions.
- Maintain compliance with local authorities and certifications, including Fire Safety Manager certification.
- Provide technical support to the leasing team, including AutoCAD layout, technical coordination with external consultants, and contractors.
- Manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Project and design manage new development and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team on various ad hoc projects such as GSTC implementation and ESG initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University/Polytechnic graduates in Design/Architectural related
- Approximately 5 yrs relevant working experience in architectural / developer firms or similar
- Proficient in Autocad, simple 3D, familiar with ID furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E) specs
- Have project management experience in construction / A&A / renovation projects
