Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls/ emails
- Process customer orders & pricing management Data analysis
- Issuing of Invoices & Credit/Debit Notes
- Prepare shipping documents
- Demand planning and local warehouse stock monitoring
- Market research and Data analysis
- Work closely with cross functional team
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Logistics with 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Highly structured in thinking, problem-solving and execution to meet with customers needs
- Ability to collaborate and work efficiently with internal functions
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines
