Job Responsibilities:
- General administrative support in preparing monthly reports, record keeping, filing, liaising with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
- Cover reception duties such as answering telephone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail & packages.
- Keep the office environment tidy and organized.
Pre-requisites:
- O level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of AutoCount System is an advantage.
- Responsible, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good working attitude, detailed and organized.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and spoken Chinese
Working Environment:
