- Opportunity to work in renown American MNC within the industry automation industry
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibility:
- Support purchasing of engineering equipment / material for build or internal evaluation.
- Liaising with external vendors, raising shopping carts, track the goods receive.
- Supprt shipment, including the necessary documentation preparation.
- Prepare documentation needed for ECN/ECR related tasks.
- Ensure the shopping cart, shipment workflow / process are well documented.
Requirement:
- NITEC in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Good in documentation and proficient using Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel/Word/Visio)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Well-organized and pay attention to detail
- Knowledge in SAP Shopping Carts, PLM, especially BOM, Document, ECR/ECO will be an advantage
