Admin Executive
Job Description
- To perform office administrative operation, control and monitoring
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and service providers as when required for Account Receivables/Account Payables matters
- Reconciliation of bank accounts for all entities
- Payroll and all associated administration (Will be taught)
- Submission of staff claims to government websites (Eg: Reservist make-up claims, Maternity Leave, Government paid childcare leave) (Will be taught)
- Assisting with all other admin & ad-hoc related duties
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to thrive in a lively and fun team setting.
- Willing to learn
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Independent and able to multi-task
