Perform technical tasks to develop/enhance software applications according to functional and technical specifications
Maintain and improve software applications
Execute unit, integration, system and user acceptance testing
Identify opportunities and suggest recommendations for system improvements
Service and support all network and telecommunication, front office, back office , architectures and network infrastucture (LAN/WAN), Wifi, Servers, Security controls, PCs & peropherals etc
Ensure all IT services are meeting service level agreement and issures are being resolved in a timely manner
Maintain IT inventory of hardware/software/licenses
RequirementsRelevant IT experience (eg hands on IT hardware and software maintenance and installations as well as network infrastructure knowledge)
At least 3 to 5 years experience in an IT support of System/Network Admin role
Experienced and knowledge in Wordpress, Outlook, Firewall, WAN, LAN and wireless network, programming ie Java Spring etc
Basic knowledge on Team Video Conferencing / Audio Conferencing
Possess Bachelor Degree In Computer Science or equivalents
