2B Logistics LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of residential and commercial moves for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of customer moves, from initial contact to project completion.
- Obtain accurate move details from clients, including inventory lists, pick-up and delivery locations, and special requests.
- Prepare detailed move quotes and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Schedule crews, moving trucks, and any necessary equipment for each move.
- Coordinate with movers, drivers, and clients to ensure timely pick-ups, deliveries, and efficient execution of the move.
- Secure necessary permits for parking restrictions or other logistical needs related to the move.
- Track shipment progress and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the moving process.
- Manage move documentation, including contracts, packing lists, and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct post-move quality checks and address any client concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and move details.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
