- Estimate & verify resignation computations.
- Check & verify monthly main and OT payroll runs.
- Check & verify CPF contribution before submissions.
- Provide monthly OT reports.
- Prepare GL reports for financial postings.
- Approve claims.
- Processing of Government Paid Leave and NSmen Make-up Pay claims.
- Processing of Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave claims.
- Request breakdowns for government grants & provide cost ctr allocation to Finance.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
