Job Descriptions:
- Process payroll accurately and timely using Times Software for employees' payment (Ard 100 HCs).
- Prepare bank files for submission and handle CPF and IRAS submissions.
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliation and prepare journals for Finance.
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing candidates and overseeing the hiring process.
- Administer work pass matters, including application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties.
- Assist in answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Participate in HR meetings, company events, and activities.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of local employment legislation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
