Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI.
• Analyze business processes and design solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Dashboard Business to drive effective decision making
• Manage and oversee the business management process, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• Provide training and support to users on analytics tools and dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and dashboarding capabilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Software or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.
• Experience in business process management and design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Ability to Create Automation tools on MS 365 across all applications
• Certification in business analytics or related fields.
• Experience with business process management software, such as SAP Signavio or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data-driven process improvement and automation strategies.
