Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries & feedback
- Sale of SISTIC tickets and gift vouchers
- Support the mall's marketing activities and perform general admin duties
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Pleasant disposition with outstanding communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi task with high level of initiatives
- Team player with ability to work independently
