- Providing administration support to Sales director
- Assist with sales quotation
- Manage email correspondence & enquiries
- Filing of documents
- Data entry (sales figures, client details etc.)
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- General office management
- Book for travel and accommodation for Sales Director
- Arranging & coordination for internal & external events
Requirements
- Minimum 'N' level and above
- Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
