As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the organization's information technology infrastructure and systems. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining IT solutions, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and servers.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices, ensuring compatibility, performance, and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and technical services, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to enhance operations.
Requirements
- ITE Certification
- Minimum 2 year in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
