The Opportunity
The Business Management Analyst will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to provide strategic and operational support to the business management team. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other advanced analytics tools to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI
- Analyze business processes and design solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Dashboard Business to drive effective decision making
- Manage and oversee the business management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
- Provide training and support to users on analytics tools and dashboards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and dashboarding capabilities
Your Background
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Software or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other analytics tools
- Experience in business process management and design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to Create Automation tools on MS 365 across all applications
- Certification in business analytics or related fields
- Experience with business process management software, such as SAP Signavio or similar tools
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with data-driven process improvement and automation strategies
