Our esteemed client, a prominent professional services firm, is searching for a driven Techno-Functional IT Project Manager. We are seeking for hands-on experience in CRM application implementation and any ERP implementation experience. This dynamic position promises significant contributions to the business through engaging initiatives, requiring effective collaboration with various stakeholders including the leadership team, users, and vendors.
The Role
Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating,planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects within specified timelines, budgets, and scopes aligned with business objectives. You will participate and lead the evaluation of IT systems that may require upgrade or replacement. You will monitor project progress, oversee project teams to address challenges and mitigate risks, all while ensuring tangible value is delivered to the business. During project initiation, you will facilitate the formulation and documentation of project mission statements, high-level deliverables, success criteria, and approved budgets. In the planning phase, you will establish objectives utilizing either Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Throughout project management, you will steer project priorities, resource allocation, and budget utilization.
Your Profile
You must possess a University Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management, inclusive of any ERP systems, with a proven track record in the successful delivery of business projects, PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM certification), experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and change management methodologies. Experience in implementing CRM systems and ERP implementation are highly beneficial for this role. Solid interpersonal and communication abilities are vital for effectively partnering with various stakeholders in this role.
