JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Welcome members and guests at the Social & Recreation (S&R) foyer and handle enquiries
- Coordinate and book classes in the system
- Distribution and collection of gym/pool towels
- Work with Housekeeping to ensure cleanliness in all facilities*
*S&R Foyer, Gym, Swimming Pool, Fitness Studios, Business Centres etc
- Maintain S&R regulations and Club rules
- Reconcile daily sales and movement report to the Social & Recreation Manager
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level or similar
- Min 1 year of experience in front desk duties or customer-facing duties
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, possess a positive working attitude and a team player
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Enjoy meeting people and create a positive work environment
- 5 days work week with rotating shifts, able to work on weekends and public holidays
