Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness
- Engage and provide sound advice to employees on all payroll-related matters which include payroll-related issues.
- Prepare necessary HR or payroll reports as required
- Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements
- Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in human resource or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in processing payroll using SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated competence in handling full spectrum of payroll work
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Knowledge: Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
- Problem-solving: You must be comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address payroll issues
- Intellectual curiosity and empathy: you must have a desire to learn all aspects of the business
- Systems: Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors
- Can-Do Attitude: You are confident and willing to deal with problems or new tasks
