Job Responsibilities
- Generating quotations
- Ensure purchase orders are executed in a time
- Ensure all required documentation are communicated properly
- Manage all delivery and pricing from orders
- Ensure timely delivery of shipment
- Work with outdoor sales
- Generate M3 report for data accuracy
- Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers
- Monitor delivery and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer returns and issues
- Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers
- Following up customer overdue payment
- Any tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in ANY Field
- Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
- Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
- External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
- Proficient with Excel, Office and experience with ERP/ Oracle systems.
