JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities from conception to completion
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas based on organizational objectives, target audience, and budget considerations
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, and on-site staffing
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials to promote events and attract attendees
- Create event marketing collateral, including invitations, flyers, posters, email campaigns, and social media posts, to generate excitement and drive attendance
- Leverage digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and increase event visibility
- Plan and organize networking activities, workshops, breakout sessions, and entertainment to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction
- Develop event budgets, track expenses, and manage financial resources to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints
- Monitor and control costs, negotiate discounts, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality or attendee experience
- Prepare post-event financial reports and analysis, documenting expenses, revenue, and return on investment (ROI) to assess event profitability and effectiveness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any field
- Good project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Prior experience in the events industry will be an advantage
- 1-to-1 mentorship will be provided
