Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure, and after-sales
- Follow up with sales opportunities closely and be able to close the deals effectively
- Continuously network, build, and maintain a good rapport with clients and candidates
- Handle operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Resolve customers’ concerns, and provide feedback & solution
- Preparing Tender Documents and submission of Tender
- Developing recruitment strategies to attract the right candidate pool
- Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcomes for the delivery of manpower.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates’ profiles with clients’ requirements, including interview coordination.
- Any other duties or tasks assigned by the company & its subsidiaries from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
- Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
- Confident & fearless mentality
- Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment is preferred
- A good track record of successful placements in any industry is preferred
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) is preferred
