Store Operations Supervisor

As a Store Operations Supervisor, you are part of the Store Operations Team in boutique and report directly to the Store Operations Manager.

You support and maintain excellence in our operations while providing optimisation of existing and implementation of new processes. You will focus your tasks on People Management and Development, Customer & Care Services, Digital Tools & Projects, POS & Cash Management, Boutique Maintenance, Stock Management and Process & Internal Control.

Job responsibilities

People Management and Development

  • Responsible for the management of Store operations Associates & Senior Associates and Part-timers including daily job duties, work schedule and grooming
  • Provide guidance on the job tasks and service standard of the team

Customer & Care Services

  • Be a key referent to review all aftersales clients’ requests, boutique KPIs and follow up with administrative tasks
  • Support all Retail Performance & Operations projects (Local Market initiatives/ APAC initiatives) for your boutique
  • Retail Excellence (Transfer Sell Through, Shrinkage Rate, Online Appointment…)
  • Escalate client/boutique issues when urgent/complicated to ensure excellence in service

Boutique Maintenance

  • Support in on all aspects of boutique on contracts, Vendors, orders, invoices within budget & respect of purchasing process in local market (In line with sustainability strategy if applicable)
  • Support Store Operations Manager & follow up the maintenance requirements and budget for boutique
  • Support all events/pop ups and operation implantation including Hardware/security/ cleaning and all BOH process

Stock Management

  • To assist in managing inventory flows and events with a plan considering local market need. (Stock deliveries, transfers, and results/shrinkage rate of the annual inventory)
  • Support Store Operations Manager (to oversee the legal requirements for stock movement in the local market (CITES Certification, Imports, Exports)
  • Support Store Operations Manager to supervise supply needs for boutique (materials, tools, uniforms, and other things, etc.)

Process & Internal Control

  • Support Store Operations Manager on daily administrative support for the boutique and ensure the team are on track with their responsibilities
  • Support on management of IT equipment (mobile phones, laptops, iPads)
  • Support on digitalization projects implementation
  • Support Store Operations Manager on all aspects of POS/ Till Payments including distant selling process and guidelines
  • Verify all transactions adhere to local market legal requirements and anti-money laundering standards.
  • Clear comprehension & management of all current POS practices, procedures, systems & applications

Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.

Additional Information

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Uniform will be provided
  • 5 days work week with fixed off day on Sunday
  • Entitled to boutique incentives and cosmetic/grooming allowance given
