Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our kopi and tea establishment. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, providing excellent customer service, and driving business growth through effective management and promotion of our cultural classes and events.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, order management, cash handling, and overall store cleanliness.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all staff members are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, including promoting our cultural classes and events through various channels.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to promote the store and engage with customers, creating compelling content and campaigns to attract and retain patrons.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, special promotions, and events to enhance the store's visibility and attract new customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track store performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in F&B shop operations, including order management, cashier duties, and serving customers.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms, with a proven track record of leveraging these channels to promote businesses and engage with customers.
- Preferred: Background or interest in culture-related activities or events.
