Our client is a renowned leader in the electronics and audio technology industry. They’re now looking for an Assistant Service/Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.
about the job
Reporting to the Head of Technical Repair, you will:
- Perform repair and maintenance service work for our audio equipment, microphones, wireless systems, headphones and other audio technology equipment.
- Perform accurate technical service support by answering phones / mails and client requests
- Do checks on warranty eligibility for repairs
- Take charge of data entry on our ERP systems to properly document all repair/non-repair actions.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and colleagues
- Monitor repair cases and ensure that all repair cases are complete in Turn-around-time
- Perform data analysis, find problems or hidden dangers through maintenance data, and give corresponding solutions or idea
- Monitor all test gears calibration on a regular basis and ensure internal safety regulations.
- Collate and identify systemic product issues for continuous improvement
- Maintain stock spare parts as per company guidelines, ensuring monthly stock count and facilitating yearly audit
- Provide ASP with Technical Support to handle all repair issues
- Provide technical repair knowledge whenever required
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Logistics, Sound Light & Video
- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics/telecommunication/wireless technology background
- Experience in using ERP systems (preferably JDE) would be highly desirable
