Job Responsibilities :
- Managing daily Account Receivables and Fixed Assets operations
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Administering and overseeing grants
- Ensuring timely month-end and year-end financial closings
- Providing secretariat support to the Audit Committee
- Assisting with budgeting, financial audits, and procurement processes
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in in accounting and/or financial management
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Familiarity with NSF ERP and a strong understanding of Government Instruction Manuals on ‘Financial Control’ and ‘Procurement’
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Location : Maxwell Road – 5 days
Salary : S$5,000.00 - S$5,500.00
