Job Description:
- Ensure compliance of HVAC professional drawings and construction technology with local regulations.
- Prepare HVAC professional construction plans and technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management.
- Proficiently utilize CAD software for drawing revisions and modifications, including as-built drawings.
- Review subcontracted project quantities on a monthly basis.
- Manage accounting of drawings and materials, and prepare procurement plans for submission.
- Conduct material inspections and submit relevant data.
- Supervise subcontracting team and coordinate construction activities.
- Conduct construction quality inspections and ensure timely process control.
- Resolve technical construction issues promptly.
- Promptly report major HVAC-related problems.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Preferably possess 2 years of experience in a similar role.
