- Follow recipes and instructions from the Western Chef to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
