Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive management of project quality, safety, progress.
- Develop construction plans, and various quality and safety control measures, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and plans.
- Efficiently utilize labor resources, monitor quality changes during work, and coordinate self-inspections and mutual inspections of quality and safety.
- Review project quantities and promptly handle visa procedures.
- Organize the final acceptance of projects and coordinate the handling of design changes and project negotiations during construction.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and effective organizational coordination abilities.
- Liaise with Party A’s supervisor, strictly adhere to assigned tasks, and comply with directives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction.
- Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.
