JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying and targeting new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Presenting the company's beauty and skincare products to potential customers in a professional and convincing manner, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the products.
- Demonstrating the use of the products to customers and providing product education to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals with customers.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and proposals.
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends, as well as advancements in beauty and skincare products, to continuously improve sales skills and techniques.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for beauty and skincare products, as well as a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both in written and spoken forms.
- Singaporean or PR
