1. Assist the Head of Sports & Recreation in all administrative-related tasks relating to Sports Department which includes sourcing for quotations, raising POs, HR admin (for Rank & File staff) etc.. Provide support in facilitating meetings, taking minutes during the meetings, liaising with various parties and assisting the Sports Team to ensure an efficient and effective operation of the department.
2. To support administrative support and work closely with the respective sports sections, the incumbent is to assist in promoting and organizing all sports and recreation activities and events within and for the club so as to provide members with a wide spectrum of sporting programs, activities and events to participate in.
3. To provide administration support and ensure the smooth daily operation of the Sports Department.
4. To promote and develop sports networks with other clubs with a view to upgrade the status of sports and recreation in the Club.
5. Liaison and correspondence with various organizing committees, sports sections officials, National Sports Associations, vendors, contractors and other departments of the Club to facilitate said activities.
