As part of the GCOO Business Management team, you will take the lead in developing the Business Capability: CLM Prospecting. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Lifecycle Management Target Operating Model (CLM TOM) initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Business Management. We are seeking a proactive candidate who can drive effective, efficient, and successful development of frameworks, policies, and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional working group (WG) to align on the direction of the CLM Prospecting capability within the Bank's operational and strategic framework.
- Plan and organize work components for delivering key aspects of the capability.
- Develop a medium-term roadmap and immediate-term business requirements for the capability.
- Establish artifacts specific to the CLM Prospecting capability.
- Support the Business Management Organization in effectively engaging with the CLM TOM Program.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Private Banking front office operations and integrating business needs for successful implementations.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, and Word applications.
- Strong understanding of project management tools, concepts, and change management principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
