Deepen quality on integrated person-centred care (PCC) to reframe and normalize life of PWD and PMCI, unleashing their hidden talents through visionary therapeutic engagements, build connections and provide opportunities for continuous learning and contributions to the Lodge as well as in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Review and transform current strands of resort-style wellness activities which include mindfulness arts, music, inter-generation bonding and therapy through work to provide naturalized therapy in the Lodge as well as in the community
- Lead, co-design and facilitate rich resort-style activities virtually and in person
- Empower PWD and PMCI and unleash their potential to contribute in various ways
- Adopt evidence-based approaches to measure impacts on PWD and PMCI
- Enthuse and engage strategic partners as collaborators
- Plan and manage resources for sustainability.
Requirements
- At least a good basic degree in either Psychology, Gerontology, Social Service or linguistic related field
- Creative with deep interest in mindfulness, music, arts, dance and movements
- Relevant experience in elderly care, mental health or special needs will be an advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years leading teams, possessing keen minds and enjoy pathfinding work
- Resilient, dynamic, creative, organized, resourceful and a strong team player
- Good intrapersonal, interpersonal, problem solving skills and able to multi-task
